Jenny is a Senior Associate and Team Leader at Harmers Workplace Lawyers. She joined Harmers in 2004, and prior to that she spent two years working as a solicitor for one of Australia’s largest law firms.

Jenny provides strategic and practical advice on a range of employment and industrial law issues, including:

• performance and separation management;
• post employment restraints of trade;
• industrial instruments;
• employment contracts and policies; and
• discrimination and equal opportunity.

Jenny services the firm’s clients in a range of industries including insurance, finance, recruitment, mining and professional services.

Jenny has represented clients in various Courts and Tribunals, including Fair Work Australia (formerly the Australian Industrial Relations Commission), the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales, the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission and the Supreme Courst of NSW.  

Jenny assists numerous clients with best practice and compliance training across employment law, OHS, human rights issues, investigations and industrial relations - conducted in house and tailored to individual client requirements.
