Jenny is a Senior Associate at Harmers Workplace Lawyers. She joined Harmers five years ago in 2004, and prior to that she spent two years working as a solicitor for one of Australia’s largest law firms.
Jenny provides strategic and practical advice on a range of employment and industrial law issues, including:
- separation management;
- post employment restraints of trade;
- industrial instruments;
- employment contracts and policies; and
- discrimination and equal opportunity.
Jenny has represented clients in various Courts and Tribunals, including the Australian Industrial Relations Commission, the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales, the Australian Human Rights Commission, and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
