Kristin Duff

Solicitor

Kristin graduated from the University of Wollongong with a combined Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Creative Arts (with distinction). During her time at University, Kristin was employed part time as a Law Clerk at a small firm; and also volunteered as a Paralegal at the HIV/AIDS Legal Centre. Kristin was a nominee for Wollongong University's "Bill Macquarie Prize" for demonstrating outstanding contribution to the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice course in 2005.

Kristin was admitted as a solicitor in July 2006, and commenced working with the Office of the Employment Advocate as an Agreements Advisor from June through December 2006, providing advice on Workplace Agreements, Unfair Dismissal matters and Fair Pay and Conditions Standards.

Kristin joined Harmers' Brisbane team in January 2007.
