Freya Mocsari

Senior Associate

Freya holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales where she was also a Social Justice Intern. 

Prior to being admitted as a solicitor, Freya worked as an Industrial Relations Officer in the private sector for the flour milling and registered clubs industries.

Freya's experience includes advising employers on a variety of issues including award obligations and workplace agreements, employment contracts, commercial restructuring, redundancy, restraint of trade, unfair contracts, discrimination, OH&S and termination. Freya advises and acts for employers in unfair dismissal and unfair contracts proceedings and represents clients frequently in the courts and industrial commissions.

Freya joined Harmers as a solicitor in June 2006 having previous experience in Dispute Resolution as well as Corporate and Commercial Law.
