Module C: Workplace Behaviour - Discrimination, Harassment and Bullying - Improving Corporate Governance and Risk Management

Objective:

To educate employees (and contractors) as to their obligations under anti-discrimination legislation and ensure employers comply with their obligations in providing necessary training in these matters. The session should be supplemented with the Complaint Handling module for managers and supervisors.
