The Firm's Work & Wellbeing Committee is responsible for the Mind/Body/Spirit model. This model is designed to promote activities which provide staff with stress management tools and allow them to maintain personal health and fitness. Under this programme the firm currently provides staff members with the opportunity to access the following benefits:

an informal 'buddy' program for all new staff members;

corporate gym rates at the Living Well Health Club at the Sydney CBD Hilton Hotel (Sydney only);

in-house yoga and meditation classes (Sydney only);

annual flu shots;

an extra day's paid leave during the Christmas/New Year holiday period - Harmers Day; and
