Legal advice for employing a nanny 

There are several legal issues associated with becoming an employer of a nanny that need not be overwhelming with some guidance and assistance from Harmers' experienced employment law experts.

Many of our Partners and Consultants are parents who have employed nannies to care for their children when they returned to work. We can provide you with a user friendly employment contract that provides you with protection and affords fairness to both you and your nanny. We can also advise you on what other steps you need to take to ensure you are fulfilling your legal obligations as an employer (e.g. superannuation).
