FORWARD WITH FAIRNESS - THE FUTURE OF INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS IN AUSTRALIA
Harmers Workplace Lawyers, in conjunction with the Australian Institute of Employment Rights, is holding an end-of-year client function on Friday 21 November 2008. The event will feature a number of keynote presentations on the proposed Forward with Fairness legislation, including Michael Harmer, Chairman, Harmers Workplace Lawyers; Professor Ron McCallum; Jeff Lawrence, National Secretary, ACTU; and Peter Smith, Manager Industrial Relations, Qantas.
The program will then conclude with a panel discussion to explore the future of industrial relations in Australia, canvassing the perspectives of employers, unions, academics, politicians and the Australian Institute of Employment Rights.
